John Timothy Baker

John Tmothy Baker, 65 of Sioux City, Iowa passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024.  A family graveside service will be held at a later date in the Spring of 2025. Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

John was born on October 10, 1959, son of James and Dorothy Baker.  He attended and graduated from North High School in Sioux City.  Tim worked for Sioux City Engineering and Lessard Contracting, Inc.  From 1979 until 2002, Time drove the family owned sprint cars throughout the Midwest to include many races with the World of Outlaws and Allstars.

Tim is survived by his brothers Terry (Toni) Baker, Tom (JoAnn) Baker, and sister Tracy Nichols.
