Jon Twombly

Jon Twombly, 56, of Sioux City, passed away at his residence at Courage Homes on March 18, 2021.  A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 24 at 3:00 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel.  Visitation will be from 11:30 A.M. until the time of the service.  Burial will be at Logan Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. on Friday.  Online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Jon was born on January 6, 1965.  He moved to Courage Homes in Sioux City, in 1985. 

Jon was preceded in death by two guardians, Winona Campbell, his foster mother, and Katrina Hanner.  They were both dear to him.  They brought him hamburgers, french fries, and milkshakes, his favorite.  His current guardian, Mary Fairchild, lives in Tennessee and he liked spending time with her as well.

Jon worked at Mid Step Services work shop.  He loved eating out, cowboy movies, and wolves.  He had many friends at Courage Homes that will miss him very much.
