Judith Kaye Lucart, 80, of Sioux City, IA, passed away January 11, 2021 at a local nursing home. A memorial mass will be held Thursday, January 14 at 9:30 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 13 from 4-7:00 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Judith was born on October 7, 1940 in Sioux City to Paul and Nellie (McClain) Warner. She graduated from Central High School. On October 3, 1959 she was united in marriage to Floyd “Mick” Lucart in Sioux City. Together they camped and traveled on motorcycle around the United States, visiting 44 different states. Judith worked at Zenith for 10 years and American Popcorn for 23 years before retiring. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening and her weekly coffee meetings with her friends.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband Floyd “Mick” Lucart, Sioux City; daughters: Robin Lucart, Sioux City, Ronda (Mike) Hindman, Ankeny, IA; grandchildren: Nick (Jen) Lucart, Courtney (Levi) Liester, Jeremy Hindman, Chloe (Brian) Peterson; great-grandchildren: Aiden, Asher, Millie Jean and Arlo; sister, Virginia Pieslack, Lowell, MA; and brother, Butch (Rose) Warner, Sioux City.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 4 sisters; and a brother.
