Lenora Reni McManigal, 66, of Walthill, Nebraska passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at MercyOne Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Cornerstone Assembly of God in Pender, Nebraska. Pastor Randy Nelson, officiating. Burial will be at Wakefield City Cemetery in Wakefield, Nebraska. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022 at Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home in South Sioux City. Lenora was born on March 13, 1955 to Jack and Evelyn (Wayman) Ring. Lenora attended South Sioux City Community Schools, and later received her GED from Little Priest Tribal College. She moved to Walthill with her parents, and later married Larry McManigal. From this union, three children were born. Lenora worked at several places around Walthill, including the public school, senior center, Gambles, and Heritage Foodtown.
Lenora loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching her TV programs and going to thrift stores. Lenora could light up a room with her smile. She was our whole world, and to say she will be missed is an understatement!
Lenora is survived by her three children: Calvin (Jessi) McManigal of Walthill, NE; T.J. (Olivia) McManigal of Pender, NE; and Evelyn (Cory Wiebelhaus) McManigal of Walthill, NE; her eight grandchildren: Zach, Shelby, Gabe, Tyressa, Larry, Cory, Lenora, and Kaylee McManigal; one great-granddaughter: Wren McManigal; two brothers: Calvin (Linda) Ring and Alvin (Stacey) Ring; a special family member, Georgie Robinson; a very special niece, Gina Ring Hernandez; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers: Norman Skinner, J.B. Ring, and Jack Ring.
