Linda Kay Pinkelman

Linda Kay Pinkelman, age 64,of Ponca, Nebraska passed away on Sunday June 26, 2016 at her residence.A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday July 6, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Ponca with Father Andrew L. Sohm officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Visitation with the family present will be held one hour prior to the service. Mohr Funeral Home of Ponca is in charge of arrangements.Linda was born in Sioux City, Iowa on November 1, 1951, the daughter of Benny Lee and Shirley Mae (Koeppe) Beldin. She attended Ponca schools. She was united in marriage with Robert Pinkelman on April 20, 1974 in St. James Nebraska.Linda worked most of her life caring for patients at the Elms Care Center in Ponca. She also enjoyed her hobbies of her flowers, her crafts, and she collected rocks from all over the world. She enjoyed the simple things in life, and cherished the time she could spend with all of her family.Her life will always be remembered by her family which includes her husband, Robert of Ponca, Nebraska; her sons, Jon and his wife Rachel of Onawa, Iowa, Jim and his wife Jamie of Ponca, Nebraska, Jody of Sioux City, Iowa; and her daughter, Cassie Klutman and her husband Erik of Columbus, Nebraska. Linda is also survived by her six grandchildren; sisters, Deb Kinnear of Ponca, Lauri Langley of McCook Lake, South Dakota; and her brothers, Terry Beldin of Martinsburg, Nebraska, and Berry Beldin of Newcastle, Nebraska; along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
