Linda L. "Sissy" Warwick

   Linda L. “Sissy” (Irwin) Warwick, 73, of Sioux City passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at a local care facility. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2022 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Deacon Bruce Chartier will officiate. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-5 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be directed to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

   Linda L. Irwin was born on March 4, 1948 in Sioux City, to Charles and Madonna (Fuller) Irwin. She attended Sioux City Catholic Schools from K-12, and graduated from Bishop Heelan High School in 1966.

   In September 1966, Linda married Gerry Stowers. The two were married for 13 years. She married Wayne Warwick in September 1980, and they were married for 18 years. She then married Robert Gant in 1999. They were married for eight years. In August 2009, she married Benjamin Jensen and the two were married for 12 years.

   Linda lived in Sioux City for her entire life, except for a three-year period she lived in Charleston, South Carolina while Gerry was in the Navy. She attended Stewart’s School of Beauty in Sioux City in 1981. Through her working career, Linda held various retail positions.

   She was a caregiver to all, with a compassionate heart for both people and animals, especially shelter animals, strays, and wild animals. She always kept herself busy with work, her grandkids, and her family. Linda was a meticulous housekeeper and organizer, enjoyed playing Bingo, and cooked wonderful meals on every holiday for her family. She was very proud of her daughters, grandchildren, and family, and was a dear friend to many.

   Left to cherish her memory include her daughters: Wendy Rowley, and Misty Klemmensen (Dr. Nick Holton); two siblings: Donna Flory (William) and Phil Irwin (Cheryl); grandchildren: Kurtis Crow; Baylee Crow; Sawyer Antonetti (Candace); Kampbell Klemmensen; and Bailey Holton; great-granddaughter, Haisley Antonetti; and many nieces and nephews.

   She was preceded in death by her parents; Wayne Warwick; Robert Gant; a baby brother, Charles Irwin II; and a sister, Kelly Irwin.

   Pallbearers will be Nick Holton, Phil Irwin, Charlie Irwin, Sawyer Antonetti, Kurtis Crow, and Baylee Crow.
