Marcelle E. Wagner, 92 of Sioux City, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at a local nursing facility. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 26^th at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with burial to follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
