Nelsena Jean Vos was born on November 27, 1951, the youngest of Clarence and Jennie (Moss) Vos.  Nelsena attended school at Kingsley Pierson Community School, graduating in 1969.  Following graduation, she attended business school in Omaha, Nebraska.  Nelsena loved doing accounting and worked for several local businesses.

Nelsena met Ronald Hall in 1971 at Hinton, Iowa.  They were married on May 19, 1973 at First Presbyterian Church in Sioux City, Iowa, and had three lovely children: Matt Hall of Sioux City, Tracie Foss of Fort Meyers, Florida, and Mitchell Hall of Hinton (along with 8 grandchildren).

Nelsena was an active member of First Presbyterian Church and served as a Deacon for 8 years.  Health issues stopped many activities in her life, but she always enjoyed being with family, grandchildren, and friends.

“The day has arrived that there are no more tomorrows for me.  I want my family, grandchildren, and friends to know, and never forget, they were deeply loved by me.  Thanks be to God for my life.”

Nelsena is survived by her husband Ronald Hall; children Matt Hall, Tracie (Chris) Foss, and Mitchell (Abby) Hall; 8 grandchildren Emily and Mia, Taylor and Brooke, Colton, Stone, Noah and Hunter; brother Lowell (Judy) Vos; sister Carole Nolin; and sister-in-law June Vos.
