Patricia L. Holbrook

Patricia L. Holbrook, 77, of Sioux City passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at local hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation with the family present will be held one hour prior to the service.  In Lieu of a luncheon at this time, an additional celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2021.  Online condolences can be expressed at www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Patricia was born January 8, 1943 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of William H. Buckingham, Thelma V. (Barker) and Raymond A. Bolt. While Patricia’s children were young, she stayed home to care for them. After school age, she began working at the Center for Siouxland as a receptionist for many years until retiring.

Patricia enjoyed reading, putting together puzzles, listening to music, spending time with family, attending the grandkids sporting events and activities, and most of all she loved to travel.

Those left to honor her memory are her children Raymond Holbrook of Sioux City, Michael Holbrook of Sioux City, and Raina Holbrook of Fridley, MN; 7 grandchildren: Channing (Becky) Holbrook, Gunner (Jessica) Holbrook, Ashli (Todd) Clark, Mercedes (David) Ibarra, Jordyn (Ulises) Bauman, Austin Walker, Tyler Walker, and 5 greatgrandchildren: Spencer, Logan, Tanner, Drew and Kaylena; Special cousin Thelma Wolf and many other special cousins.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather and special cousin Bill Lair.
