Timothy P. Doohen

Timothy P. Doohen, 63 of Sioux City, passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home. Online condolences may be directed to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Tim was born in Sioux City, Iowa, to Patrick and Mary Doohen; he was the 13^th child. He was loved by all his siblings and had a very fun life. When his parents died, he moved to Andover, Minnesota to live with his sister Patricia’s family. He later moved back to Sioux City to live with his sister Alexis’ family.

In 1995, he moved into Midstep Services in Lawton, Iowa. From there, in 2011 he moved into Courage Homes in Morningside. He loved everyone who worked with him.

Left to cherish his memory include his siblings: Donna Doohen; David Doohen (Linda); Alexis Doohen; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and 9 siblings.
