Valentino Lavell Madden Jr., 30, of Memphis, TN passed away Monday, April 18, 2022 at a local hospital.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Crossroads Evangelical Church in South Sioux City. Visitation with family present will be held one hour prior at the church. Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Valentino was born June 8, 1991 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of Valentino Chavell Williams Madden Sr. and Tumera (Childers) Madden. He graduated from Trezevant High School in Memphis, Tennessee and worked as a manager at various jobs until his illness made him unable to work.
Valentino enjoyed family time and trips with his loved ones, but his greatest joy was his children. He had a heart of gold, was humble and giving, with a quiet sense of humor and quick wit. He has fought hard through diabetes since age of nine and as his illness increased as he got older.
Survivors include his wife: Taylor Madden, children: Karter Lavell Madden (3), Ty’Liyah Danielle Walker (7), Friend: Brittany Freeman, sons: Jeremiah Nevaeh Madden (11) and Jayden Jaliel Freeman(9), parents: Valentino Madden Sr. and Tumera Madden; four brothers: Trevino Crowder, Angelo Johnson, Chavez Madden, and Nathaniel Madden, three sisters: Chermera Madden, Charmell Madden, and Tremia Madden; two nieces, five nephews; four aunts; five uncles, lots of cousins and many friends and additional extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Robert and Dorothy Childers and Grandmother Emma Lee Madden.
