Virginia R. Carnes

Virginia R. Carnes, 87 of Sioux City, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at a local care facility. There will be a Celebration of Life in August of 2021 to honor Virginia’s life. Survivors include her sister, Margaret Schager; brother, Tom Moos; brother, Dan Moos; son, Brian Carnes (Jeanette); daughter, Linda Luc; and grandchildren: Meghann Bruden (Ben), Michael Luc, Becca Luc, and Eric Carnes.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Carnes; brothers: Ted Moos, Jim Moos, Chuck Moos, and John Moos.
