William C. Healy

William C. Healy succumbed to cancer on October 19, 2021 at the age of 71.  His body has been donated to the University of South Dakota’s Medical School.  Many with sad hearts watched the deterioration of a once robust man.  Bill’s quick wit and dry sense of humor are now silenced.  His calculating mind is no more.  His hands can no longer fix anything whereas once they fixed everything.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home with Reverend Roger Madden officiating.  Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com.  The family requests no donations or gifts.

After graduating from South Dakota State University in 1972 with a Bachelor’s of Science in electrical engineering, Bill spent the rest of his life working for Atlantic Richfield Company, IBP-Tyson, and lastly, Terra-CF Industries. 

Bill’s living relatives are scattered all over the country.  His wife Linda lives in Nebraska; his sister Mary (Hal) is in Florida, and sister Sue (Bob) and niece Erica, are in Montana; In-Laws:  Bob and Pat from Florida; niece Christi (Shelly) from Wyoming; nephews Brian (Kara) and Kevin (Ashlie) from Texas; grandniece Kyrie from Wyoming; grandnephews:  Drew and Oakley from Texas; and other relatives are located in New Jersey, Colorado, Minnesota, and Michigan.
