Jerry Schwartz

Jerry Schwartz, 63, of Merrill, IA passed away April 26, 2022.  A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 4 at 10:30 a.m. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  The service will be live streamed at https://youtu.be/INNvn7AxTAQ and online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Jerry was born on October 15, 1958 in Norfolk, NE.  He graduated from East High School.  Jerry was working in the laboratory at Kemps in Le Mars, IA at the time of his death.   He was united in marriage to Nancy Kayser on January 5^th 1990.  He enjoyed restoring and collecting old radios and fishing.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Nancy Schwartz, Merrill, IA; his children: Katie (Vern) Yates, Sioux City, IA, Zachary (Courtney) Schwartz, Sioux City, IA, Adam Schwartz, Battle Creek, IA, Corissa Schwartz, Sioux City, IA; siblings: David, Tommy (Jan) and Dick (Becky) Schwartz, all of Sioux City; and Janice (Lee) Mitchell, Hornick, IA; grandchildren: Kaylei, Elizabeth and John Yates, Vincent and Theodora Schwartz, Braxton Schwartz, Orian, Arianna and Kieran Sloan; and great-granddaughter, Bexley.

He is preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers.
